O2 sponsors safer internet day competition

As part of the build up to Safer Internet Day 2008 (12th February), O2 is sponsoring a competition for young people who have produced multimedia projects asking whether the internet is a positive or negative element in today’s world.

Since October 2007, young people in 28 countries have been working on several exciting multimedia projects, illustrating their positive and negative online experiences.  Registration for the competition closed on the 20th January.insafe site

You are invited to vote online for short-listed projects in each of the three prize categories: 5-10 years, 11-14 years and 15-19 years. Winning entries will be showcased on the Safer Internet Day competition website on the 12th of February 2008.
