Dialogue

We want to build good and open relationships with those whom we affect or who depend on us. 

We also want to respond properly to any concerns about our business and its effects on society, human health and the environment.

Opinion can be sharply divided about the benefits of mobile communication.

New applications, faster data services, growing networks and more multimedia content can prompt heated debate, especially about child protection, public safety and the environment.

We aim to canvass and understand a wide range of views and to take public, regulatory and expert opinion into account when we make decisions.
