Kate Jarvis has been Legal Director of Telefónica Europe plc since January 2009, with responsibility for all European legal and compliance matters, in addition to legal and regulatory issues in the UK. Prior to this, she was Chief Counsel for O2 UK, Products O2 and Genie Internet, having originally joined BT’s corporate development team in 1999. She worked previously at Freshfields and BMG.

Kate joined the Board of Telefónica Europe plc, on 1 February 2010, as an Executive Director.
